  Renegade PT left me feeling strong and pain free. I had one in-person session and 20 weeks of virtual therapy and strength training.
  
  Specifically, Chelsea brought immediate results to get my hip flexor pain under control. She then delivered weekly protocols and coaching to activate, strengthen, and stretch while I was pregnant with my first child. My delivery and recovery was so easy thanks to Chelsea’s custom plan. Even the nurses commented on how strong and prepared I was during labor. I can’t recommend her enough!

  Chelsea helped me remotely during my pregnancy and she was amazing to work with! She was great about sending videos and checking in to make sure I had everything to be successful with her workouts while doing them remote. It was comforting to know I was doing things that were safe and helping my body during pregnancy. She always planned workouts with my feedback in mind. I would highly recommend working with her she was a great resource to have during my 1st pregnancy!

  Kate and Chelsea are so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to pregnancy and post-partum health. They take the time to fully explain what I should be doing on my own and always send follow up videos to look at as I am doing these exercises on my own. I feel incredibly lucky to have access to these women during this journey!

  Kate was amazing and helped me with my torn glute med muscle! I had tons of pain for over 6 months and wasn’t able to perform my best during my workouts. I love working out and I was getting to the point where no matter what I did I was in pain! She did lots of dry needling, cupping, and showed me how to start incorporating my favorite exercises back into my workouts! We also discussed how my pelvic floor was affected from the glute injury and did exercises to relax those muscles also! Everything is connected!!

  Kate helped make my postpartum recovery and return to exercise smooth and manageable. She truly took the time to talk through all my needs as both an athlete and a new mom, create and share a plan that helped strengthen my core and TVA, and was willing to modify and adjust during every session. Each of my needs and concerns were addressed in a genuinely caring and professional way. I would highly recommend working with her to any postpartum mom and/or athlete for a seamless transition back to the gym!
