The Manager Matt was more than amazing. I bought a pair of glasses that happened to be damaged by the company it was sent out to. The Manager gladly replaced the frames and personally made sure my lens was granite with no damage to my frames. I appreciate his concern for me as a valued customer!

Service was absolutely amazing. When I say Matt was amazing! Oh my gosh first, service was expedient. The staff amazing and knowledgeable on all the lens types. Definite 5 stars. I am recommending this office for all my fellow four eyes.

My first visit with EYE-MART was a great experience! The technician (Darlene) was very professional and enjoyable to work with.
My second visit, I was cared for by Melissa. She took good care of me, and made sure my visions needs were met.
Lastly, when I came back to pick up my second pair of glasses Sherrie was there to greet me. She made it her aim to make sure that I was fully satisfied. I would recommend EYE-MART to all of my friends and associates.
The service is top notch!

First Time Here - been having my eyes checked for over 20 years and this was, hands down, my favorite experience.

The staff made it an amazing experience. From the Doctor to the two women in this photo (and the many others not pictured), this place understands a customer service experience.

The level of manners and that "wanting to help" mentality are very obvious here; even on my booking phone call.

I've found my new optometrist! ...and I wasn't even looking for one, hahaha.
