(October 7, 2022, 10:03 pm)Very nice place and the ladies were professional and pleasant. We did the couples massage and my wife enjoyed it too. We didn't ask for a massage to relieve soreness or tension, we just went for relaxation.

(January 28, 2020, 10:13 pm)This is my first experience with a personal trainer and and I am soooo pleased. Jenn Craig is AWESOME 💯. She is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Jenn really gives you PERSONAL TRAINING - She customized the training based on what I want to achieve. The facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Balanced IYOK Wellness!!!
