The team at C's Autohaus is stellar! Most notably, their system for communication is top-notch. They are great at answering the phone or getting back with you quickly if you have to leave a message. If you're willing, they send text messages letting you know when your vehicle is being checked in, worked on, and ready to be picked up. Additionally, you can get an itemized breakdown of their repair evaluation sent to your phone that includes pictures and quotes. It's evident that they understand car repair work can be stressful on the owner and they want to keep you in the know at all times. The work they do is beyond reproach. They are fair, professional, courteous, and trustworthy. As long as I own a European car, I will use these guys. HIGHLY recommend!

Brain is great and very professional. I had my E-92 BMW diagnosed to find a problem that I could not with my scan tool . So they hooked it up and found my exhaust manifold manifold and pre-cat was clogged. He charged me exactly what he quoted me and even made it possible to pick up my car after hours due to the lock boxes they have outside to safely give you access to your keys and receipt after hours. If you have repairs that you can't afford the dealer to handle give them a shoot.
