Dave is a wonderful person! Because he was going to be somewhere close to the neighborhood he actually brought a new seebo airbelt D1 to me to give me a demo! talk about above and beyond! He knows these vacuums inside and out frontward and backward if you want to talk with somebody that really knows them and understands them he's your guy!
Dave worked a Miele warranty issue for me on the new CX1 Boost. Kept me updated, followed up with the vendor and speedily completed the repair. While in the store, I noticed a vast array of quality brands to choose from and demo. I would recommend going in and checking out if you’re in the market for a vacuum. I did not feel any high pressure sales tactics and overall very satisfied.

Dave is an exceptional sale's man. He is very, knowledgeable, dedicated, and verse in many lines of vacuums makers. I have never come across a sale's man who knows so much about multiple products and can narrow your choice so that it meets your most important vacuuming aspects , concerns and requirements when selecting a vacuum system. I was very fortunate to speak and consult with Dave and will always do to select my future vacuum systems . Excellent Job Dave.
Great buying experience at this store! I went in having already picked out the vacuum I wanted but after talking with Dave he convinced me I'd be better off with a cheaper model. Yes...he actually talked me into spending LESS money. He did the same thing with another customer while I was there. A woman picking up a vacuum in for repairs commented on another model in the store. He told her she didn't want that one. Clearly happy customers are more important to Dave than making a buck and I respect him greatly for this. His vacuums aren't cheap but they will last a long, long time. Highly recommend stopping by his store if you're in the market.
