(October 31, 2021, 4:30 pm)I see many good changes with the new management staff. The social worker goes over and beyond, the administrator is accountable, the new house keeping manager ensures Covid cleaning as well as regular cleaning is done properly and the business office manager is fabulous working with the families. I encourage all staff and family members to address concerns at the time they occur and allow staff time to correct any issues.
