Thanks to the flawless functioning of the cartridge, a very dependable legacy workhorse printer of mine was spared from being relegated to the scrap heap.

I do a fair amount of full color printing for my Marine group. I used to purchase toner for my HP 4700dn printer from whoever was the cheapest on eBay. I had problems with a couple of the cartridges but could not determine where I bought them. I decided to use Ink Technologies exclusively. Cost was very reasonable, value was great and the two times in two years that I have had an issue, they replaced the bad cartridges in two days. No reason to price shop when I get great value and excellent service. Who says you can't teach a 74 year old Marine new tricks?

I needed to buy a new toner for my work printer. It was very easy to find the correct model and order it. Shipping was very fast also. Where I got in trouble was that when it came in, it looked different than the current one.

I thought I had done something wrong, but a quick easy call to customer service had my problem solved! I just had to take the drum off the old one and put it on the new one. She even emailed me a picture so I'd know exactly what she was talking about! Now THAT's great customer service!
