State Farm Insurance

Our policies were transferred to Carrie after the retirement of our long-time agent and family friend. We were contacted by Paula in the office who efficiently set up a time to review our coverages but also quickly arranged a new policy for an adult son. Everything was handled remotely and with the kind of professionalism and friendliness that we had come to expect from our previous State Farm agent’s office.

I have had State Farm for 32 years. I recently was switched to Carrie Lifers office, because my agent retired. Of course I was nervous - upset and even a bit frustrated, with "change". But after being with this office for almost a year - it has been a refreshing experience. All the office staff are very responsive to my needs. Paula (who is in the office) is fun, caring, and incredibly patient - when you have different policies you tend to have a lot of questions....she has been an angel!!! If you want an office that it quick, and responsive, but most of all caring - this is the office you want to be with! Couldn't have chosen better if I had to! Thank you Paula and Carrie Lifer for making my experience easy!!!

Joshua from State Farm was very helpful, pleasant, and proactive during my phone call. He educated me on what was going on with my flood policy that was due for renewal and helped me get things resolved. It’s nice to call your agent and speak with not only a real person (and not a recording), but also a really helpful person who values helping you solve your insurance concerns.

I have had a great experience with everyone I've talked to at Carrie's office. They give you the feeling of a family owned business with a small town feeling. I spent a long time on the phone with Joshua reviewing my policies recently to make sure I had what I needed. He was so much fun to talk to that I had to remind myself he wasn't an old friend from school. With his personal approach he never pressured me into buying more add-ons. He explained thoroughly what I may or may not need based on my own personal situation. I appreciated that. I had an insurance agent years ago who sold by fear. Carrie and her team have never instilled fear in me. That means a great deal. I am a lifer with Carrie Lifer.

Paula was awesome. She helped us refinance with State Farm Bank and everything went so smoothly. We were even able to get a lower interest rate and save money. They offer their own GAP insurance free with the loan and Paula was able to get us a refund on the GAP that we purchase when we bought our camper. This is why we have been with Carrie since she bought this agency and have been with State Farm for almost 35 years.
