This was my first visit to White Allen as I had just moved to Ohio from AZ a month ago and had been taking my car to a dealership in Gilbert AZ. The way Zach dealt with me gave me a really good impression of White Allen and made me feel that they value their customers. Zach gave me a lot of information about my options the next time I bring my car in for service. There were some issues with the Tech in my car that Zach fixed for me and walked me through how to fix it the next time should I have the problem again. I also want to mention Shane who I had a conversation with and who is also very nice and professional. When I return to White Allen I only want to deal with Zach or Shane.”
