“On 3/20/23 around 5:20pm I went to this location. Clumsy me accidentally dropped and spilled a fabuluso floor cleaner. I picked it up and went to the clerk immediately apologizing. She was extremely nice and understanding. I heard other customers asking her multiple questions but is a the same time. I’m sure this all had to be frustrating, she kept her best customer service face on and handled every thing at once. I understand this isn’t anything too out of the expected ordinary. But I myself work in customer service and understand how difficult it can be. Everyone should remember to have respect for all customer service workers. 5 stars if I this employee for a great job!”

I recently bought a pair of Unicorn Adidas there that might have to be surgically removed from my daughter's feet or else she won't ever take them off. Site says 3 to 5 business days before shipping, then standard shipping time added on. Not unreasonable at all. But probably not going to make it in time. I wanted the shirt though so figured why not try and see what happens. I put a note in the order comments that I’d really appreciate having it by the following Thursday. “Pricing - 4/5 Service - 5/5 The pricing of stringing is little bit more when compared to one other place in the area, but he always deliver on time, in fact he delivers even before the said time. I hope they’d offer some specials for regulars. The store has good merch to choose from and good collection of racquets, strings and shoes. I love the wooden racquet collection hanging on the walls.
