“Meadows gets zero stars The Knolls apartments does it's work orders the same day. If a work orders is called to the office they come get very quickly. That dude tried to sneak a roommate in and never told management. Seemed like he was going to try an unauthorized sublease. So they brought in a washer machine. Hooked it up wrong and flooded the place. Then he did not want to do the follow up with his insurance company. Took six months to get payment. Nikki Hacker says the place sux. Yet she lived in three different units over many years”

They are professional while fostering a fun “vibe,” which is appreciated during the stressful times people are dealing with when healing. They are responsive when trying to reach them by phone. The facility always smells clean. Their Covid protocol is consistent and careful, without being unwelcoming to visitors. I am glad my friend is there and appreciate the care he is receiving.”

We love their muffins and cookies and their pretzels are great. The stuffed breads, quiche and pizzas all make a nice meal. “I’m going to make a different kind of review for PC because I personally don’t go there but I know several people who have been in the program for many years & some who are still in the program. Through those people I feel I can make a review especially since I’ve been familiar with it for over 15 years . I have personally gotten to know people myself due to me knowing people going there awhile . I know some of these friendships outside of the program . Some of the same People ride to PC together every morning on the days they go & this to has become a routine . They call to make sure each other is up & ready . They have even become friends with their driver who picks them up. They acknowledge Birthdays , Christmas & sometimes even exchange small gifts because it’s “ the thought that counts.” With the building closing on Daruma Pkwy , Clients have to chose between 2 other locations to go to which means people will not get to see their usual friends or the people they are use to seeing on a daily basis. I seriously feel bad for everyone having to make that decision. I believe part of rehabilitation is having someone to talk to, having a social life & being around others that you have known for years. Not everyone will be able to go to the same location so it’s sad that they have to split up like they are . I thought the bldg on Daruma was a great location & near the bus line as well. Wishing everyone going through this change Good Luck .”
