“Great school. Staff is friendly and caring people. You can tell hands down that they are there for the right reasons. One of the best schools in the area. The teacher's go above and beyond to ensure that each child is given the chance to succeed. They even tutor children who need extra help after school. They ensue relationships with the family and keep them involved in the child's education. This is a plus in my book. I love knowing that my child's teacher is only a phone call or an email away to answer any questions or concern that I may have. Even after hours they are there. Small class sizes, college prep classes, loads of diversity and culture involved in this school, all people from all backgrounds attend you don't have to worry about your child not fitting in. Tons of after school activities, family nights held at school. Hands down the best school I have ever dealt with. Love it and would recommend it to anyone. They do a whole lot with very little. I will always be grateful for all the support and help they provide my daughter and myself when she first started school she had a hard time adjusting they went above and beyond. 4 years later I am just as happy with this school as when we started.”

“The City of Kettering is an excellent place to live; it is the largest suburb of Dayton and is a great place to raise a family. There are plenty of amenities, shopping, and things to do, and because it borders Dayton, Centerville, Beavercreek, and Miami Township one has access to many more shopping centers and entertainment. There are also lots of parks with some of them having been updated recently, the most prominent being Lincoln Park which is very clean and excellently maintained. My grandma has lived in Kettering for over 40 years and she has been very pleased and satisfied with their government and outstanding police force. The city also has an excellent fire division with 4 brand new state-of-the-art fire departments, 2 completed and 2 under construction. I highly recommend Kettering if you are moving to the Dayton area, it is a great city and you will not be disappointed!”

“Very cool. Several air force one aircraft are on display. A majority of them are open and have walkways that allow the visitors to view the interiors. The walkways through the crafts are surprisingly tight, as plexiglass walls line the aisle ways to preserve the contents. Wonderful exhibit. Be sure to arrive with plenty of time, as you may find yourself burning several hours and not even he halfway through all of the exhibits.”

“Awesome. I'm not an airplane buff, but this place was great. It is much better than I expected. The planes are massive. It is wheelchair accessible. Friendly staff. Admission cost is by donation from $0-whatever you want. Planes, jets, rockets, helicopters, bombs, bombers, history, simulators, multiple former Air Force Ones, the least goes on and on. Suggest you plan to spend a minimum of 4 hours. The museum is spaced out over four (4) airplane hangers. 100% indoor. There is a Cafe upstairs with a small selection of hot food, chips, drinks, pre-made sandwiches. This is basically above the gift shop. There is also a smaller snack shop upstairs near the rockets. Much smaller.”

“I can’t recommend this school enough! These teachers are phenomenal people, excellent educators, and really care about each individual student. Having an opportunity to be taught completely in Spanish is a rare opportunity, especially in this area. Kids can learn languages so much easier than adults, so this is incredible. Not only do they learn the language, but they also grow in empathy and understanding of cultures that differ from their own, in a way that I could never teach them at home! Unfortunately we moved away from Ohio this year and away from this amazing school. But Our oldest is now in first grade and just scored at the 97% level nation wide in both reading and math. I attribute this greatly to her preschool and kindergarten education at DIS!”
