  It has been two years since we enjoyed a weekend with family and friends at the Tower for our sons wedding at CIC. We still talk about the great hospitality and help from our hosts JuJu and Pete who truly cared about making our weekend special. The rooms were spotless and the amenities great but it was the vibe of the place that let us relax and really soak up the wedding weekend!

  I can't say enough about our stay last week at Sunnyside Towers. JuJu and Pete, the owners, were so wonderful. We had our family of 21 for a reunion. This was our second visit here and we loved it even more this year. JuJu and Pete treated us like royalty! Fresh coffee and breakfast treats in the morning, kid toys out for the great grand kids, cleaning up each evening so we woke up to a fresh start, and so many other things! We rented a blow-up water slide that was a blast for the younger ones (and a few older ones), the tennis courts and basketball courts were used a ton along with walking to the lake for a sunset. The house is amazing! Rooms and bathrooms galore, lots of space to talk and play games, a firepit to hang out in the evening, corn hole and other games as well. You will not be sorry if you spend some time at Sunnyside Towers.

  We had the most fantastic time at Sunnyside Tower for our family reunion in early August! We were 17 adults, 1 toddler and two babies, and the proprietors, Juju and Pete made sure that we all had everything we needed for a fun time and gave the most attentive care to our needs. There was a lovely assortment of snacks, cheese, deviled eggs, crackers, veggies, etc waiting for us when we arrived, along with fizzy drinks, cookies, granola bars and other snacks. The sun porch had toys to amuse the toddler and board games and cards for adults. There were bicycles, including a tandem one that guests could use, along with a well stocked fire pit, two grills ready to go, lawn games, and many outside and inside seating arrangements. The location is perfect- a short walk away from Lake Erie for sunset viewing, and adjourning an open park with two playgrounds and a lovely climbing and sledding hill. (The toddler loved climbing that hill and running around the soft grass on Sunnyside Tower’s 2-acre lawns.)
  Juju and Pete were beyond helpful, offering suggestions of places to see, places to eat or pick up food, snapping some photos for us, and there were so many other little things that made our stay great. One was the offer of a clean, soft and puffy king-sized comforter to place on the lawn, so that the babies could play and roll around outside in comfort. We really had such a lovely time, in a wonderful and historic home, and would heartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place for a reunion, wedding, group retreat, anniversary gathering or just for fun!

  Our family of 24 ages 1year to 67 had a blast at the tower. Julie and Pete made our stay perfect. The extra touches made us feel like celebrities. The kids had plenty of room to explore and play. The adults were able to relax.
  This is our family’s second visit to the tower and I would highly recommend it

  The accommodations are amazing, Julie left no detail out. Pete & Julie are extremely friendly and full of personality. She's an amazing cook (must have her egg sandwich with the "secret" sauce) and just so gracious. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend staying at the Sunnyside Tower! Thank you to Julie & Pete for making my parents Golden Anniversary celebration so special! Hope to be back soon.
