Our car both got a flat and had lug nut locks that Walmart wouldn't remove and Advance Auto Parts shrugged at, leaving us stranded hundreds of miles away from home in any direction.

Sam took care of us in a flash, and had us back on the road quicker than it took to drive there from into town! Thank you so much!!

Awesome people and Awesome service. We were traveling through Port Clinton when our car decided to break. Google said that NextGen was 1/2 mile away so I drove in and they fixed us up. No phone call, no appointment we just pulled in unexpectedly and were back on the road in about 1 1/2 hr. a lot of thst time was spent waiting on parts to be delivered.

The staff at Next Gen are so friendly. The prices are reasonable. When I have issues with my truck, if I have any questions, the mechanic will talk to me and explain what’s going on. I would recommend them to anyone.👍🏽👍🏽

This is the first time I have gone to NextGen Auto. My brakes went out and my vehicle was un-drivable. They got me in VERY quick and repaired my vehicle within a day. Jenna was very helpful and kept me in the loop as to the status of my vehicle and the costs. I will definitely go back will all my auto repair needs.

My family went to Cedar point for the day. On the way home we started experiencing car issues and had to get a hotel for the night. My husband got up and went to the shop first thing in the morning to get there help. The owner said they were overbooked and couldn't get us in. My husband explained our situation and that we were hours from home. The gentleman was so nice and squeezed us in. It was an easy and quick repair, and we are very thankful he was so kind and helpful even though he didn't have time to help.
