Ashley's Island House

Just 2 blocks from the downtown activity. Dave was a great host. Very informative and accommodating. Good breakfast included. Since they were not too busy, we were able to pick our rooms.

Best place to stay on PIB. Dave is probably the most hospitable genuine person ever! When you go to Ashley's you'll get that relaxation you've been looking for. Perfect location to sit on the porch and watch the city go by. The rooms each have their own themes, very cool! You won't find a nicer and more accommodating host. We have stayed twice now and it's our go-to place. Thanks for having us and thanks for the weekend of paradise!

My wife and I stayed for two nights and loved it. Very hospitable, a great relaxing location, a good breakfast to get the day started and we really can't say enough about the owner, Dave. He was so helpful and gave us multiple tips that helped make our first time on the Island a great experience. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

What a lovely experience! Dave was very hospitable and took great care of us. My sister and I went to Put-In Bay for an impromptu girls trip. Our room was clean, towels and linens were fresh, and bed was comfortable. We rented a golf cart with Dave, which made getting around so much fun and easier. Great stay! Loved it! We really hope to go back.
