Just bought a secondary evaporator heater for my Samsung rf263 refrigerator, from Ben. His video walks you through the entire install. It looks like this, paired with the moisture and drainage kit I previously installed, will finally solve the water drainage below the crispers.

I found Ben's Appliances on YouTube through his washing machine repair videos. After watching Ben's video, I decided to purchase a new washer water valve directly through Ben's website (at a great price!). My item arrived in just 2 days, and I was able to install it myself in just a matter of minutes. My washer has been working great ever since, and all at a great low price! I will definitely be using Ben's Appliances for any of my future appliance repair needs.
