I booked this job about a month ago ( my choice for the work date) II received a call a couple days prior to the service date to confirm that I still wanted the job done and to confirm the time. I received a text the day of the service telling me who my tech was ,, along with a picture, and advising that they were on their way. I actually had 2 technicians for the job, Sebastian and Keith, both were very professional and explained exactly what they would be doing along with the cost. Job was completed and all areas were cleaned up. This is the 3rd time that I’ve used Mr and Mrs Plumbing and I find that their customer service has been great and all of the people that I’ve dealt with have all been great. I will continue to use them for any future needs and will also recommend them to family and friends.”
