Not only is she professional, but ever more so she was extremely caring and compassionate with my mother. She was able to set my mom at ease and tell her she does not have bed bugs. The dogs are highly reliable and for peace of mind this was well worth it. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“I was in utter shock. I was driving to Cleveland for a conference and my tire pressure light indicated that I was losing air quickly in my tire. I called and spoke with Ashley. She told me to come on in! Once I got there, she let me know that her technician was not in till 2:30. I thought I destroyed the tire because I drove on it. Who knew that new cars would not have a spare! Working, as a manager, in the Automotive field for over 20 years most things do not shock me. She got my vehicle in, fixed and out on the road in less than 45 minutes. The cost was minimum. I was treated extremely well and I am grateful for their hard work and honesty. There are so many scenarios that could play out...I needed a new tire or I rode on the tire and hurt the rim. She could have got me for hundreds of dollars and did not. Thank you Ashley”

“This location has improved in the past three months. I used to avoid going here because it was a mess and it used to take a long time to get thru the check-out line. It's still a little messy but not like before when they were leaving big box carts in the middle of the aisles, and they've hired more people so the check-out process is quicker now.
