As a woman and in my case not at all mechanically incline, I place high value on the service or company that I find that I feel I can trust to be honest, to give me the full value for the service for which I am paying to be provided and to stand by that service. I highly recommend Quick Change in Aurora. I've been taking my vehicles there for over 20 years. Sure I could have my husband change the oil but he doesn't give it the little check up and once over that QC gives. And forgive me for forgetting the name, again, of the very nice man who operates the place. I have a mysterious issue with my van that mechanics cannot seem to fix which I was telling him about and I got more useful information during that oil change chat than all the time I've spent & probably paid for, talking to those mechanics. Aside from that bug issue, any other time I've had a question or concern about my car, be it a noise or time for new tires, the gentleman took the time to answer me. Above and beyond. An oil change may not seem like a big deal to a lot of people but anything or anybody that makes me feel safer or gives me one less thing to worry about, is deserving of my high praise and loyalty.
