Aurora Sunny Lake Park

Beautiful park especially around the water. Mostly flat with paved trails that are well used by strollers, joggers and hikers.

Did an orienteering event here and the park was clean and very well taken care of. Plenty of parking and seating. Nice paths. Trash cans where needed so visitors can keep it nice. There's a dog park area, but I don't know enough about it.

A stunningly beautiful park for walking and relaxing. A very beautiful lake and a promenade around it. There are many picnic areas, benches, playgrounds, you can rent a kayak or catamaran. There are toilets. Interesting trees, there are signs with names. You can walk with dogs on a leash. You can fish, but you need to release, you can't score. In general, there is everything for a comfortable stay with the whole family. I recommend it for recreational walks and recreation.

Beautiful park for anything from a quick morning run to stroll with the dogs, or a picnic with the family.

Great park overall!! Reasonable price for paddle boats, canoe, etc. Staff was super helpful with getting the paddle boat in/out of the water and letting us switch with 3 adults and 5 kids for a 2-hour rental. There are pavilions with picnic tables. Playground with large slide for big kids. Sand volleyball court (where we built sandcastles). There is a paved, easy trail for a walk by the lake. Will go back for sure!!
