  I highly recommend the Ravenna Beltone office!
  Rusty Kunze was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He answered my questions and made certain my hearing device fit me perfectly. He offered to help me if I needed assistance in the future.

  A week or two ago i visited this office for a regular mechanical checkup and received replacement conduits from the unit to the ear canal, mine having begun to twist. I accepted a new kind of termination cap which proved unsatisfactory, but when I called for another appointment I was given one for the very day I called, and the adjustment was made promptly (along with new batteries), all for free. I was completely satisfied. I did notice that the used batteries were disposed of in a bin on the floor, and I did not ask if they were to be disposed of in an eco-friendly manner.
