  Evan greeted me and was very friendly and helpful. Kyle did the paperwork and checked me out. Both were friendly and helpful. Work was done very timely and well. No high pressure sales tactics and I felt very good about my experience.

  Called and told an employee about an ongoing low tire pressure issue with no visible leak. Lee quickly helped figure out what was causing the issue and topped off my tires and had me on my way! Everyone there is so friendly and courteous.

  Besides the fact that the service was expeditious, the manager Kyle was SUPER nice and very accommodating! The techs he had working on my vehicle, Jace and Lee, are quite knowledgeable and very funny. And if I may add..... If you can get more Jiffy Lubes to run like your Kent, OH facility.... I can almost guarantee that you'll generate more business! Keep up the phenomenal work fellas!

  I've been here a couple times on my own and with my boyfriend when he took his car here. My boyfriend got an oil change, along with new filters and the guys were great. They let him know their recommendations before doing anything. They helped me out with my tires being low and checked out my wiper fluid and oil for me. The guys are awesome! Super nice, friendly, and informative. Great place to go.

  I had an amazing experience with JiffyLube. I got my oil changed and the guys checked my air conditioning filter and air filter which both needed changed, checked my tires and I think they even may have vacummed my car. There was no high pressure sales or anything of that nature, definitely a place I would send my mom or girlfriend, the guys seemed very trust worthy and honest, overall great experience and I will be getting my oil change there next time as well as recommending this place to my family and friends.
