Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recently dropped my airpod down into the worst place possible on my mower. I came here to see if they could help me and without hesitation they were able to retrieve my airpod in the matter of seconds. The owner and the guys working went above and beyond. Will be shopping here from now on and when it’s time to buy a new mower I will come here to get me a new scag.

Our tree service company has been working with Greg for many years when it comes to our 83' Crawler Lift. He has been very helpful with issues over the phone and just recently with our last issue turn around time was within a few days to get us back up and running.

I have nothing but the best to say about this company. I stopped in a few weeks ago because they were a Stihl dealer and bought a trimmer. They were able to answer all of my questions and never got irritated with my “stupid” questions. A few days later I went back to buy a chainsaw. Again, I could not believe the customer service. Today I went back in to get my blade sharpened. They noticed an issue (that I didn’t even realize was an issue) and replaced my bar for me. Dom is very knowledgeable with his equipment and helping you, and the owner is clearly happy to have your business. Thank you Tri-County for your help, you will have a life long customer and always a recommendation from me!
