Carol's Chem Dry

Steve is miracle worker! He managed to clean up my carpets that were cringe worthy! My house is very well lived in full of kids and dogs and he made it look new again all while being trailed by a couple kids with a million questions. Friendly and professional and does amazing work. Definitely reccomended!

I am impressed! I’ve had my carpets cleaned by other companies & honestly, couldn’t tell they were cleaned other than the wetness. My dog had gotten very sick & vomited on our carpet in 3 places. I was able to clean it myself and you could not see any stains, but the smell was terrible! We couldn’t stand to even sit in the room. I knew I needed a professional cleaning, but was nervous about choosing a company from past experience. I called Carol’s Chem Dry. They were super helpful & explained their services well. I scheduled the cleaning for the same week! I am happy to report that my carpets look GREAT!! They look brand new! And there is NO Odor!! The dry time was so much faster than other companies. I will definitely use Carol’s Chem Dry again! And I will recommend them to my friends.

The grout on our kitchen floor is old and was extremely dirty and we also needed our carpets cleaned. We found an ad/coupon for Chem Dry in our local coupon guide and decided to give them a call. We are glad we did!! Steve came out and looked everything over, asked us some questions about potential stains from our dog, showed us a sample of the grout cleaning, and then gave us a quote right away. He came out to do the job shortly after and the results were amazing!! The whole process was quick and our carpets were dry in a matter of hours. Steve is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and does a great job! Much to our dismay, a few weeks after the cleaning, a bottle of red wine was dropped on the tile and stained a large area of grout. We called Steve for some advice and he stopped by with some grout cleaner and hand scrubbed the spot for us. We can't say enough good about this company and Steve; they will be the company we call for all future needs. Thanks for doing a great job and going above and beyond!!

I absolutely cannot rave about this company enough, or Steve either! Twice now Steve has come to clean items for us. The first time was mattresses from potty training and they came out pristine, like they were brand new! This time he did my carpet through my house and it's fabulous!! Not only does he do amazing work but, he's also a really nice guy. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a caring, professional cleaning company!

Steve is the best. This is our third year with Steve and Chem Dry and we could not be happier with the quality of service provided. Our carpets always look brand new when he's finished and it is well worth the reasonable price charged. Thanks for another great experience Steve. See you next year.
