I had an insurance claim for my roof to be replaced. I talked to 3 different roofing companies. One never called me back. The second one got me an estimate, told me he could do the work in 3 months but never contacted my insurance adjuster and the 3rd company never gave me what they promised. I found Pally Roofing via a Facebook ad and within minutes someone reached out to me. A few minutes later, Paul called me. Long story short, he arrived at my house a few days later, very prepared. He had already talked to my insurance adjuster. My roof was installed within a week of him visiting. My roof looks great and you couldnt even tell they had been there! They kept in touch with me throughout the whole job. Best experience I could ever ask for and without question I would refer this company to all of my family and friends! Thank you!!!

Benny from Pally Roofing came to fix my downspout and was great. He was quick, professional and passionate about his job (which you don't see every day). Communication was great before my appointment, as well. I appreciated the reminder email that included a video of Benny to introduce him before he arrived.

I will try to keep this short, but Schmucker’s truly is the Friendliest Contractor in Town! Their work is quality, they are knowledgeable and they do everything to code, which is super important.

As with any company, there’s a fear you’ll be scammed or the job will be half-a$$ed.

You will NEVER have this issue with Schmucker’s. If something isn’t right, or you have a question, just ask! They were more than happy to answer any questions we had, and to correct any “issues” we found.

That’s really the most important part I feel, finding an honest company. There is always room for human error no matter who you work with or how good they are. We really found a gem when we hired this company.

They installed a back deck, two doors, windows, siding, soffit, and gutters. The deck and first door were our “test” to see if we liked them and what their quality was. Needless to say.. they passed! 👏

They even went out of their way to do some odds and ends for us, like putting a brace on our front gate that was leaning (no charge) and moving a heavy safe for us from one of our rooms to the other.

We absolutely rate them 10/5, because 5/5 just doesn’t feel like enough.

We experienced wind damage to our roof and siding in March 2021. Called a private contractor my neighbors used but spent next 6 months chasing this contractor down to finish work! Finally, with winter months approaching, we called Schmuckers Roofing and they came out right away, took pictures, documented and had a quote within the hour of their visit. They listened to all our ideas and concerns. Submitted a claim to our insurance. Within weeks supplies were delivered and repairs and renovations were started right after New Years day! These guys worked in the middle of winter 20° weather and making sure we were informed of their plan and progress. One week and they made our concerns go away and our vision to finally be reality. They even came back this spring with the warmer weather to finalize things that could not be done in the cold temps. Very responsive and constant communication throughout. True professionals. Our home is gorgeous and updated with quality products that will last. A great experience all around!

Great group of guys. Did the work quick and knew how to negotiate with the insurance company. They got me more out of the insurance then they first told me which saved me money. Had some questions after the work was over and they came right back out to look and talk about my new roof with me. The picture is only partially done roof they finished the next day I just don't have a finished photo.
