The Frankot Agency went above and beyond my insurance expiations. Jessica was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and if they were unsure about something they got back to me promptly with the answer. Great place to go to avoid “Mayhem.”

The principal broker for our property helped expedite our process of reserving the property, but has taken a while to provide us more information (a video) on the property, which we want to split the rooms among us tenants and for peace of mind (more transparent insight) before signing the lease.

With that said, I appreciate our principal broker answering my many questions, and hope for a continued positive relationship. The other staff I’ve talked to on the phone have been polite and helpful or as helpful as they can be given their domain of knowledge.
