I was having an issue with my landlord not fixing a hole in the side of my apartment for over two months. I sent in a work order to my landlord and called their office multiple times with no response. I found Community Development while looking at the city ordinances website, and when I called I got an immediate response. They came the next day and were extremely professional while looking at the damage and listening to me. After they left they went to my landlord and the issue was fixed with in the week. I'm glad the City of Kent has this organization it definitely got my apartment ready for the winter.
