Home Instead

I first learned about Home Instead while working as a hospice nurse and interacting with their staff. The caregivers were always thorough and compassionate. When the time came for help with care for my elderly father, there was no doubt who my provider choice would be. Not only are the caregivers wonderful, but the office staff was helpful in assisting with any other care issues (i.e. VA paperwork, other care options). I would recommend them to anyone.

The local office feels like a small business with personal care while still having the backing and support especially with COVID 19 policies of a major healthcare corporation. Good communication between director, care coordinator and care givers.

Home Instead was there for a family of ours that needed extra care and the family elected to keep them at Vista Veranda Assisted Living with additional help from Home Instead caregivers. We saw them everyday. They were so compassionate and thought of the entire family. All the caregivers went above and beyond.

I have been employed with Home Instead senior care in Ravenna Ohio ( portage county) and this employer is more than just an employer to me. Home Instead is all about family whether it’s the families of their employees or their clients and their clients families as well. Everything we do all day every day is about our clients and their families. I can’t say enough things about this company.
