  A1 auto is highly recommended, I called in the day prior and was set up with an appointment relatively quickly. After taking my vehicle in he quickly diagnosed and came up with a plan for repairs and called with the quote. Parts were ordered and car was fixed same day, he had even stayed past closing time to finish my vehicle and get it back to me after hours. Could not ask for a better local mechanic!

  The owner did my oil change fast and knew exactly what he was talking about great price for a top of his class macanic definitely got a new place to get my car done

  I live in Canton but work in Ravenna and unfortunately my car broke down while I was here at work right before the weekend. I was frantic that I was going to be stuck for lack of a better word in Ravenna until I could get my car fixed. Well I was referred by a coworker to A1 Auto Clinic, and I was told about Luis, I was told that he was honest, kind, and did great work. Well let me tell you, he definitely lives up to his reputation. I had my car towed to the shop after speaking to Luis, and he was so patient with me because I know I can be nerve wrecking sometimes when I'm anxious, and he got me back up and on the road in less than 24 hours. Not to mention the icing on the cake was his prices blew my mind, he was unexpectedly more affordable than I ever imagined. Luis was such a blessing to me especially with the holidays coming up because he cares about people and their financial situations. I am ecstatic that I found a trusted and affordable mechanic near my job and as a female, we are normally skeptical if we are going to be taken advantage of and he makes you feel at ease from the first moment you speak to him.   Very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy. He set proper expectations. He diagnosed and repaired correctly. He kept me informed of the process the whole way through. Provided a fair price with an explanation. Completed the work on time and was courteous every step of the way. The entire team at A1 auto has earned my business. 5 stars
