“Based on my experience I think this gym excels in three primary areas. 1: The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to work with you whatever your experience level. 2: The atmosphere is great. The classes are well structured, the gym is clean, and they are always willing to accommodate their students as best they can. 3: Finally, the fellow students are very welcoming and always willing to share their knowledge and experience and help you. I could not recommend this gym more.”

“Plenty of up kept exercise equipment and weights. Friendly, professional staff. Also, I like that televisions are not set on political channels, yay!!! Members need to do a better job of picking up after themselves. Great facility.”
