Sequoia Wellness Center

I have been a member of Sequoia wellness center for 5 years. I am very pleased. Sequoia is not just a gym but a well rounded health center.
Last month I signed up for the personal nutrition classes. Chrys was my coach. She helped me measure the nutritional values of the foods I was eating. It was eye opening. As a result, I started eating with nutrition in mind instead of calories. This change in my diet, has given me more energy to do the things I love. Thanks Sequoia and Chrys!

I’ve been member for a year in half. Love the staff . Very helpful willing to help you with whatever goals that you need to meet. Warm therapy pool, lap pool, plenty of classes , free weights, rock climbing.

Plenty of up kept exercise equipment and weights. Friendly, professional staff. Also, I like that televisions are not set on political channels, yay!!! Members need to do a better job of picking up after themselves. Great facility.

Good prices for monthly membership with a lot included (gym, classes, pools, etc). The kids swimming instructor is awesome as well.

Very nice people who are willing to work with you. Great programs and rates. Very clean new equipment. And a pool and hot tub!
