Angel was the best salesperson with whom I have ever had the pleasure to learn about a product in any business. He has a unique ability to understand what a customer wants and what a customer needs. He matches what the customer wants to learn and needs to learn.

He is obviously about working with the customer and making sure they are comfortable and understand anything he is doing or may want you to do.

My wife and I observed him as he shared his knowledgable about the automobile products available and clearly demonstrated their uses. He is able to identify likes and differences about models of automobile for which he has responsibilities.

He made this day, as did others, a memorable one and a day full of surprises and delights. We drove home in our new car with a big smile on our faces and in our hearts. Simply put, without any hitches, he is a solid sales person who puts customers first. He devoted himself to our quest for a new car and took the time to answer any questions even after we bought the car.

I had a really great experience at Kia of Streetsboro. I have been in need of a car for a while now and was not at all excited about getting a newer car. Will the salesperson did a great job emailing me to get the process going without me even having to be at the dealership. I then worked with his manager Tom to help me figure out the numbers of what I was looking at payment wise, Tom and Will did a great job finding me a car in my price range. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. When I went there to do the paperwork I was greated by Tom he was amazing, went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable about getting a car. He knew I was nervous about this and made me feel at ease before I started the paperwork. Will stepped in so I could start signing and that process was quick. Will did a great job getting my new car ready for me while I went in to talk to Mike in finance. Mike was amazing too and I started to forget I was even at a dealership. The energy at that store was epic . I really enjoyed my experience there and felt like I got the best staff to help me. Best car buying experience ever. I will never forget how great I was treated
or how amazing I felt as I was driving away with a huge smile on my face in my new car.

**Update**
It took us multiple days to receive the vehicle we purchased because of the holiday. Mixed communication throughout the facility. I feel like the only reason we were given the excellent experience at the end was because of Becca at the front desk! She deserves anything she asks for. She helped us through the end to make sure we got our vehicle in the condition we were promised. There aren’t many people that take pride in their job anymore but she went above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough.

My husband and I just bought a used vehicle from this dealership and would highly recommend them. It was a great experience full of friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door! Even with a wiggly little one the staff gave her a balloon and helped keep her entertained. Sonya helped us find the right car for our wants, needs and budget. She was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and made the process feel quick and smooth! Kia of Streetsboro definitely goes above and beyond for their customers!

Jacob Mitchell was AMAZING! He was such a friendly person and was very helpful. The whole team at Kia of Streetsboro was so pleasant to deal with!
