Great doctor and nursing staff. I felt heard, and tests were taken right away. They work on getting my pain under control fast. After the results came back, everything was explained and they recommended a doctor to follow up with. All in all, I was there for about 3-3/4 hours. I felt cared for. Thank you for making me feel at ease.
When I walked in with chest pains I had no idea what to expect. They took me straight back and began checking things immediately. No messing around! They kept my spirits up and we joked a bit but they were doing everything as quick as possible while keeping me informed but calm. Next thing I knew I was being air lifted to the main hospital. The team did an awesome job and treated me well and made me feel safe and very cared for. Thankfully my heart attack had a positive outcome and I'll be forever thankful to the team at Preble for their great care!
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hospital, very caring and very good at their job constantly and checking on me and taking care of me making sure that I was getting the best care humanly possible nurses that help me were Nicole, Justin, Jessica, Kayla And Logan. I was awoken early and all my tests were done very properly. They were very careful about my care and making sure not to do anything that would cause me more harm. And normally it takes forever to be checked out of the hospital. I was checked out very promptly within the quick amount of time of them saying they were gonna be done doing so I was so impressed. Very respectful of my opinion giving me all the information that I needed to know why they were doing what they were doing to care for me. So I would be more understanding and aware of why I couldn’t eat immediately. I did not understand that when you were suspected of a TI that they had to withhold food so you didn’t choke. Because I had never had these experiences before. Before I left, they made me aware of all information I needed to take care of myself, if I would have a stroke or TI in the future
