I was fairly new to stihl equipment. Jacob and Eric have always answered all my dumb questions and steered me in the right direction with what i needed. I’ve since bought numerous saws, weed eaters, and blowers. Recently had a defect with my pole saw. In what would normally be a lengthy warranty claim at other places, Eric had me fixed up and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Can’t justify ever going anywhere else.

Great place to work. Family values in a larger company are getting few and far between these days. Love this place!

The machine they rented us was dull it didnt grind the stump .. We brought it back with pics of the job it couldn't do ended up talking with the owner and the nice gentlemen told us he would come grind for free sinve his equipment was dull . tbat is what good buisness practice is all about . tgus is giw you keep customets and create new ones kudos to you
