The dental work is professional. As importantly, the setting is comfortable with both the hygienists and the administrative staff working busily but without the appearance of being overstressed-something that is now rare in health care. Dr. Nguyen explains to the patient in detail each step of his work and he treats his staff with an honest respect.

When in for a temporary crown placement, the person I worked with was Kimmy and she was absolutely amazing. The doctor came in. He was awesome. He did his thing quickly and efficiently. The whole thing took much less time than anticipated. Everyone was super professional and very friendly highly recommended anytime.

I have had a great overall experience at Gentle Caring Dentistry in Fremont Ohio. From reception to care everyone is incredibly friendly. They explain everything in an understandable way and help walk you through if you need help with understanding. They work with with insurances including secondary and explain coverage benefits really well. The location is also incredibly convenient as it is surrounded by shopping centers. Thank you guys.
