Rob was absolutely great. He was always available to answer any questions we had, gave solid advice during a fluctuating market, and suggested improvements to increase the value. When we received an offer that may have been out of the norm, Rob's experience really paid off and helped us close the deal. I can't imagine we would have had the positive experience we did if we didn't work with Rob.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I worked with Rob Boukissen on finding my first home. He went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. He never pushed me to buy anything and was honest in his opinions of houses that would make sense at this early stage of my life or not. He is a wonderful person and will make sure you get the house you want and not end up with something that would result in a money pit for you. He works with your budget and is truly a pleasure to work with and be around. He is very prompt and professional in his responses. Marty was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of final closing to me, as I have no experience prior to home ownership. She was very patient and very thorough in her explanations so I could understand everything being laid out. I highly recommend Wendt Key to anyone presently or in the future looking to buy a home. Nancy was our 4th agent that we went through. Nobody else wanted to work with us on properties outside of their area, but Nancy, she drove over an hour to show us a home. She explained everything in detail along the way. She gave us honest answers instead of blowing smoke in the air just to make a sale. She met with us when the home inspector was doing his thing. She made sure that communications between us and the seller where answered in a timely manner. Everything happened in a timely manner and no time was wasted. I was on deployment and she was able to help we get everything I needed to get paperwork completed. She is very knowledgeable in the job that she does.

Six offers in six days - what more do I need to say? Cheryl worked diligently to make sure that the house was shown, which required a lot of coordination with potential buyers and realtors. She could not have made it any easier for my brother and me who both live out of state. Cheryl knows the market and the business. She researched other sales in the area and, when the house was listed, she made sure that we were informed of every visit and every offer as they occurred. Her professionalism and attention to detail meant that Cheryl did the work so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The closing was coordinated extremely well so that we could do “our part” virtually from Alabama and North Carolina. I highly recommend Cheryl because you can trust that the sale of your house is in good hands, even if you live 600 miles away.
