We have never received customer service like this before. We purchased some Emtek crystal door knobs from Homestead Hardware for part of our house a few years ago. John helped me order the right doorknobs and hardware. He exhibited such patience with me. We finished our basement and decided to complete the house with these beautiful doorknobs. Over time we have had a few issues. John of Homestead Hardware has provided free shipping and replaced any faulty products. He is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We recently had problems with a bathroom doorknob. I believe my granddaughter may have had something to do with it disappearing from the door. John sent a replacement again. It has been a few years since we purchased that door knob. My husband and I are both so glad we did not go to a website where we would be forgotten after the purchase.

I can't speak highly enough of John and Deb. A few years ago, I decided to install all new door hardware for my entire house remodel. Best yet... since it was my garage door... John sent me the new handle first and allowed me plenty of time to remove the broken one and send it back. And he sent a pre-paid shipping label.
