When I first started with NWO I could barely move or walk. My blood pressure was sky high and I am overweight. With the encouragement and professionalism received from the staff at NWO I have made wonderful progress in my overall health. My doctor has even decreased my dosage for my blood pressure. I am losing weight regularly and enjoy walking every day. My grandchildren even appreciate the new me. I can keep up with them now and enjoy spending more time with them.
