(January 17, 2023, 9:52 pm)Nice paved path for people who like to walk but need even paths. There is an overlook on the river, seems like a good spot to enjoy the scenery.
(May 13, 2021, 10:41 pm)Schekelhoff never disappoints. One of my favorite places full of so many fun memories! Highly recommend stopping here to take a walk and watch the river.
(November 5, 2020, 7:44 am)Nice smooth paved path in first part gravel or grass later on, very nice place. I came in late fall and really loved it here. Once you get farther in or it's the river is high you can't hear the cars for the water. It's a lovely long easy walk with benches placed around a few places. No shade or cover from wind in a lot of parts so dress appropriately.

A wonderful park with plenty of ammenities including a pool, structured play areas (monkey-bars, etc.), and numerous sports fields. Parking is plentiful, but may require a bit of a walk to reached the desired portion of the park.As a Columbus native, Hedges-Boyer puts many of our parks to shame and I can honestly say Im envious of such a well planned and tended location.
