Got quoted from lowes for my bedroom for instalation and everything for $1700 which I found ridiculous. Went to Richard's and got everything done with their best quality stuff for $1000 saving me $700. 10 out of 10 would recommend going here if you want a good price with a good expirence. They were in and out of my house in 3 hours as well with no problems

I love my new floors! The staff was very helpful, worked around our schedule, and did a wonderful job communicating with us about what would be best for our home. Installing the flooring was done professionally and in great time. The quality of the of flooring is amazing. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I decided it was time to get some new carpet because ours was just not cutting it anymore. We made the choice (a great choice) and stopped by Richard's Carpet Outlet trying to support some local business. We met with Mike and he helped us find just what we liked and didn't try to upsell or convince us we needed something we didn't. He came out personally and measured our house. When the time came for installation, we had a father/son team do the actual install over the course of two days. Matt and Josh (I believe that was his name) were amazing. Fast, efficient, courteous, and professional. Our house looks amazing and my wife and I are extremely happy.
