I had Tong's do an extensive Furnace and AC replacement. It involved relocating the furnace in order to make it much more serviceable in the future. The professionalism and communication by Kent and the installation team was superb throughout the entire project. I highly recommend them.
Very fast in response, called middle of winter and they came out that day. Talked me through the repair, showed me the issues, was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend. Prices reasonable as well.

Kent came out to quote us a project. He ended up telling us he couldn't do it due to room constraints. He was very straightforward and honest. While we didn't end up using his services, I wanted to convey how very professional he was. Will definitely do business with them if the need arises.
*Update*
Everything seems to be functioning correctly now. Its been about 1 month since they finished the work and I have yet to receive an invoice. I'm not certain if that means I won't receive one or if they are still ironing out the details but I was told everything that had to be replaced would be replaced at their cost. Bumped the review up to 4 stars.
I will update this post once the issues we've experienced are concluded but I thought I'd share our saga thus far. We decided to have a whole-home humidifier installed in our house. I called Tongs and got a price and timing (said it would take about 5 hours). Seemed reasonable so I asked to schedule the service and we made an appointment for a few days before Christmas. Tech showed up a couple hours later than we were told... Ok, things happen, I get it. He completes the additional work I had booked (basic service on heat pump and furnace) and starts on the humidifier. Apparently wired it up wrong because he came to us and said he fried a solenoid and would be back tomorrow with a new one but couldn't fix it tonight. Ok, not a big deal, mistakes happen. He comes back the next day and says that he fried the circuit board, not the solenoid and it would be a week for a new one to arrive. Not great, but its supposed to be warm this week so we'll live. Propane heat still working but the blower runs unless you manually shut it off. I can live with this. A week later I haven't heard anything so I called and talked to the scheduler and was told he could be there that afternoon. Got another call that later that afternoon that he was tied up on another call and wouldn't make it. Starting to get frustrated but can't do anything about it. The tech finally came back this morning and turns out its not the 'interior circuit board' but the 'exterior board' and it will be another week but its New Years Eve so they don't know if they can get the part ordered today. He also explained to my spouse that the humidifier will only work with the heat pump and not the propane which was never mentioned before when they quoted or prior to installation. The only time our house gets dry is when the propane is running regularly!!! Anyway's, now I'm waiting on a call from the gentleman that gave me the quote to begin with so we can discuss this mess but here we are, beginning of January with a partially functional HVAC system and a humidifier that I wouldn't have bought in the first place had they mentioned that.
We've used Tong's in the past and had good results. I think this one experience may be enough to send me somewhere else since it's been SO bad.
I will update when this whole deal is resolved.
