First time getting my brows waxed and upper lip and wasn't even nervous because Carrie (I hope I am spelling it right) talked me through the process and was as gentle as possible whilst waxing someone. She also trimmed my hair which great clips had messed up a year ago and wouldn't fix. She fixed it and my hair looks amazing. She was super friendly and was even joking and laughing with my boyfriend and I. I have never really felt comfortable with someone touching my hair so I normally only get trims or cuts once a year but I will absolutely be going back more often than once a year as long as Carrie is there and can get me in.”
