“It is so nice to walk into a facility and have everyone say hello, or greet you in one way or another! Jason, the Assistant Manager, always remembers my name and it makes it way less awkward walking into a gym. I'm definitely not as young as I used to be, and going to the gym is much harder now, but the PF in Alliance always makes you feel welcome! My wife is a Black Card member as well, and when we work out together we prefer to come to Alliance even though the North Canton PF is closer to her work. I tell everyone who is trying to have a healthier lifestyle that they need to look at Planet Fitness...the equipment is ALWAYS clean, the facilities are very well maintained, and it's actually refreshing to meet such kind and welcoming staff. Believe me, people my age definitely appreciate all of you!”

If we ever have to miss an appointment they make sure to help you reschedule right away. Our therapist is very open and keeps me in the loop with his treatment and the next steps and he always listens and helps me understand what is going on. “Clean, nice atmosphere. Dr Nick is friendly, yet professional. Very fast treatments. We've gotten in right away when needed, which is a plus. With my husband Dr Nick was in and back out in 5 minutes for a new patient visit. I wouldn't call him very thorough. He wanted me in every couple days when my back/ribs were spasming, but he was so brief with treatment it would've taken 3 or more visits to accomplish what my regular chiropractor did in 1. I went to him after my regular moved out of town. At least he won't knock you out more places than he puts in like the previous one I tried.”
