Crystal Clinic QuickCare - Canton

Crystal Clinic QuickCare is a great place to go for help with knee pain, there wasn’t a long wait, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they X-rayed my knee told me what the problem was and offered me a few options! I’m glad I went, I had been putting it off for a while. I highly recommend, plz don’t wait like I did, just go!

They're very efficient at seeing patients. I would recommend going here over the ER for sprains, strains, broken bones. You won't be waiting 8-10 hrs like you would at the hospital ER. Everyone here is friendly, courteous and professional.

Staff was very nice kind . The staff moved mountain to get X-rays MRI the works I am very grateful. Would highly recommend them to all my friends with this type of injury.

I was at quick care and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone from Jess and her staff was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Monaco and once again was very impressed and left the office feeling like the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Monaco was very kind and compassionate. Michele went above and beyond to help get a test approved from my insurance company that was not being taken care of from Joanne. Joanne was very rude and was not accomodating at all. I hope that my follow up appt does not reflect the unprofessionalism of one of the staff and i continue to have a good experience with the Crystal clinic since they were highly recommended! I would have given a 5 star but due to one bad apple i didnt feel it was appropriate.
