I want to thank NST staff so much for working with my son. He has transformed so much from the work and knowledge NST staff gave him not only in the gym but life!

He has been given a strong base on his form, work effort, and drive now as he moves to learn from his high school coaches and trainers.

Our two sons have been Training with the NST Team since they were located at the old Fred Astaire Bldg. on South Main. The NST Coaches have been nothing but professional and courteous, as they trained our Sons to be the best they could. The days they would come home and say they had a new personal record is what it's all about. They have learned to set goals, and taught to achieve them. Now the boys are young men and still attend on Freedom at the newest North Canton facility, their Coaching Staff are highly recommended and are completely focused on Training your child to accomplish the goals that are set forth. If you are within a 30-40 minute drive, I would not pass up the opportunity to stop in and check for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

NST has given my son a great foundation to build strength and agility to take his athletics to the next level. Coach Emma and her staff provide a positive atmosphere for these kids. Not only are they focused on guidance physically, but they provide the right mindset as to what a true student athlete represents. Thank you for everything you do for us!!

My son Tommy loves this place. We started in June to get him ready for 4th grade tackle football. It’s December and we are still going. Great knowledgeable staff that really cares. Tommy is getting stronger and faster everyday and having fun doing it. 100% would recommend.

NST North Canton is the place to be for sports training! My daughter has been going now for almost 6 months and has seen a noticeable difference in her strength, endurance and running form. This has helped her in both softball and basketball. Emma and staff make each workout fun, but still push the kids to do their best! We love it there!!
