Nailed Down Roofing was incredible from beginning to end. All of the employees are extremely professional, answering any questions we had and helping us work through our insurance to get a brand new roof! The installation went very smoothly and our roof is very tricky with many steep sides. They made sure to clean up thoroughly and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They use very high quality materials and their customer service is above and beyond. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement. They are top notch!

Everyone at Nailed Down roofing was so helpful from the moment I requested information back in the Spring when we had wind damage to our roof and siding. Luke and Josh started the process off and let us know they thought we could get full replacement for both the roof and the siding. Dusten took over from there and handled all communication with our insurance company. It was a LONG process and I’m sure it was a huge headache for them to keep going back and forth but in the end they were right! We got approved for full replacements and our house looks amazing now. The roofing and siding crews were so quick and thorough and cleaned up after themselves very well. Our house looks like a totally different place now and we couldn’t be happier! I’m convinced the only reason we got full replacements was due to the work put in by the amazing team at NDR.

We are very satisfied with the great job Nailed Down Roofing did on our house. I highly recommend Floyd Cooper. He was our salesperson/representative. Even though we were pretty certain we did not have any recent damage to our roof that would make this a possible insurance claim, Floyd still took the time to walk our entire roof and took plenty of pictures. We were given a VERY detailed estimate from Nailed Down Roofing. The competitor's estimates were not very detailed at all. Throughout the entire process, any question or concern we had was answered immediately, even on nights and weekends by both Floyd and Dusten, the owner. They don't put you on the back burner after they have made the sale. The roof looks fantastic and they use great quality materials.

Nailed it roofing did an amazing job installing our new gutters. Floyd was great to work with. When he came to our house to take measurements he was thorough and very personable. Their gutter installation team installed our gutters quickly and cleaned up all debris
