I'm a better person today for it.
It can't be easy dealing with so much on a daily basis. Sorry if I haven't made that any easier on you guys.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stetler for over 10 years. He is an awesome doctor. I have been open an honest with him about everything throughout the years, including all of the injuries I have had and all medications I have been on from other doctors. The other day however I had to get in quickly due to accidentally putting a knife through my finger, so I settled for seeing the PA (Physicians Assistant). She was nice, seemed caring. However!, She prescribed me a medicine and I went to the pharmacy to fill it. The Pharmacist said due to a conflict with another medication I was on she would have to call the doctor. Well, the PA told the Pharmacist that she was unaware that I was on the other medicine and told the Pharmacist not to fill the prescription she had given me. HAD SHE BOTHERED TO LOOK IN MY CHART! while I was there, or even on the phone with the Pharmacist, she would have seen that it was right in my chart listed under medications I was currently on or had previously been on. Plus, she could have called me and asked me. So medically she failed to do what she swore to do, which was to give the patient the best care possible. I will never see the PA again! Ever! There are plenty of caring and understanding doctors out there. Dr. Stetler being one of them
