All staff are all super caring with my grandmother, all of the other residents, and with me and my family. Communication is great! There is always staff with the residents in the community area at all times watching over them and stimulating them with conversations and games. They always have music or movies playing for the residents to enjoy. Food was good and facility was well secured which is important and always have staff at the front door 24/7. Always have no doubt my grandma is under the best care. The admissions coordinator Molly is the most caring and it is a pleasure working with her - she answers every question I have (which is a lot) and walked me through the difficult nursing home process. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a loved one who needs extra care! The facility is a little dated but the care is the unconditional!

Altercare has been caring for my mother for over a year and the staff has been exceptional. They communicate with me on all of her health concerns. Each and every staff member has exhibited a kind and caring manner. There is a small town feel to their facility and a personal touch with loved ones. A big "thank you" to everyone at Altercare for giving me peace of mind!

A dear friend of mine was at this facility for rehab a few weeks ago and I must say she got excellent care there. I observed numerous positive attributes as the facility is clean, the staff was very caring and attentive to her needs. She had many opportunities for socialization and recreation. Her healing was as well as was projected. She has and still is applying the recommended procedures for safety and healing! I have nothing negative to say about this place except that she misses being “spoiled “!

We were scheduled to go out of town and our alternate caregiver was suddenly unable to care for our Mom, we turned to Altercare.
They were very helpful and arranged a respite stay at their facility.
The staff was very friendly and took great care of her while we were gone.
They made sure she was safe and even helped her call when she needed to talk to us.
