I have personally worked with Katelyn Ryan on purchasing two homes and selling one and I could not have more positive things to say about my experience. The selling of my home had been stressful due to the buying party not disclosing they were still legally married, just separated. The buyers husband lived 3 hours away and to ensure we closed on time, not the buyer nor the buyers agent drove 3 hours to receive the husband’s signature or even offered to do so. Katelyn, my agent, drove herself to retrieve his signature and make sure the sale continued to close smoothly. This was above and beyond what I would have ever anticipated and amazing customer service. I was never stressed, Katelyn was extremely professional and kept me in the loop during the entire process.
