Nice place and kept up well

Just visited my cousin here and the drive into the neighborhood and park were great. People were welcoming when u drove by.
Made us feel very welcome.

With the new management, the park is getting better, cleaner. With more time I can't wait to see what Shannon does!

That being said there's still some bad apples in the park, but over all we love living here

We have lived here for the last year and a half. We had a pretty good experience. I enjoyed my neighbors and didn't have any problems. Everyone was very friendly. The people who run the Manufactured Home Community do make an effort to get members who live there involved in activities.
